Downloading the application

Go to the Prezi for Windows/Mac and click Download. Your download will start immediately. Save the file to your hard drive.

Windows Users

Once you have downloaded the application, double-click on the file to run the install program.
Accept the terms and agreement.
Once you have successfully installed, you will see this window:

If you are experiencing difficulty operating or installing Prezi, it could be due to a conflict with a previous version. For instructions on how to remove any previous versions of Prezi Desktop that you may have, click here.

Registering Prezi for Windows

Upon launching Prezi for Windows/Mac, enter your Prezi account details. Fill in your e-mail address and password and then click Log In to start running the application.

You can also log in using your Facebook account if you have the accounts connected.
